Citizens of USA, Canada, Japan, EU nations, Switzerland, Norway, Israel and some other countries can now visit Ukraine without a visa for periods of up to 90 days over a 180 day period with a valid passport.

Citizens of these countries can travel to Ukraine, staying for up to 90 days within any 180 day period without a visa, medical examination or application process. If you intend to study, reside or do business in Ukraine for more than 90 days, you will have to get a visa. It is necessary for residents of other countries to receive the invitation. For getting  invitation to Ukraine it is necessary to pay not less than half of  tutorial fee per year.

60 euros -  Registration  term 2 months
500 euros -  Registration  term 1 week.
